DOWN TIME

Ang ganda, ganda... dalawang customer na lang tatakbo na ang bus..... sana daw may dumating until tomorrow...ano ba yan...wala na namang customer puro panggulo lang ang dumarating kanina sana naman bukas pasok na pasok at patok na patok para naman maganda ang month end report...four days to go before makakuha ng ka-andahan... anu ba yan kukulangin na ako!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sana daw may himialang mangyari para mapaaga....(asa ka pa) hala hahanap na me nang bagong customer sa ibang istasyon baka mas maganda pa duon ang maisakay ko... (sana may cute na papah!!!!)

DST

Kakaiba na ito.... Di ko pa nga na-eenjoy ang time slot ko sa work (12NN - 9PM Philippine Time), kailangan na magbago effective April 3....dahil feeling American tayo sa call center kailangan sumunod sa DST kuning kuning na pagbabago.. so instead 11AM - 8PM na ang shift ko... Tama bang ipagpala mas lalong gumanda after work straight to Glorietta para magrumpage may time pa para magwindow shopping before mag-booking...

Tapos pwede ka pa manood ng sine if you want before going to gimik...How I wish magtagal siya until June..... Dahil Sabay Tayong magsasaya..... o di ba ang ganda ganda ng lola mo !!!!

CAREER PLANS

tama ba magplano kung kelan holy week.... sabagay it the season to meditate and plan ahead (as if nasusunod) be more productive and spiritual instead of enjoying life as if its the right thing to do during this season.

LIFE OH LIFE

It's my second day after my day-off and yet no productive calls....(Be positive its just the first hour after I log-inn)....Last night was a chance for me to take a rest from overspending.. After a nice dinner and some desserts all set to go home.... But I was lured to visit a massage shop to relax....Obviously it results to excess spending.....Its good that I prioritized to drop by the bank and remitted the payment for my credit card so that I would have a control over my spending....

MY B-DAY

What a nice day!.... A QA of 100%, 50% conversion, 1st call of the day is a sale from DSS. What more can I ask for! This should continue so that I March will be one of the best months of my stay in People Support

WORK! WORK! WORK!

It has been more than two weeks and so far no sale yet. What do I do? So far I'm getting to learn how to do the basics of this job - as a sales specialists for DR/Satellite of People Support. I wanted to improve my conversion rate. I need more calls in order to improve myself. So far my QA's and SA's are OK. Doing my best to maintain a good performance. This is not really what I wanted to do for good. I see this as a transition to become a good trainer at PSU, once given the chance.

Otherwise welcome back to the academe world. Still waiting for the result of my teaching demo at Mapua Institute of Technology..soon to be Malayan Institute of Technology?? At the same time I hade submitted already my profile at Far Eastern University and Adamson University. Hopefully they will consider my application.
